RIP HRH Duke of Edinburgh

Shangrla Radio is saddened by the passing of a great statesman at the age of 99 years. He was a man of many facets and a true asset to both his country and the world. His work as a patron of many charities is legendary none more so than “The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme” which he created back in 1956 to give young people a good start in life. He was and will remain my personal favourite Royal.
