Our featured artist at the moment is the rather delectable Susan Santos. Hailing from Spain, Susan’s passion for music motivated her to become a musician herself.

Susan taught herself to sing and play the guitar and was soon writing and performing her own material. After several line-ups, the lefty guitarist moved to Madrid and formed a “Power Trio” under her own name.

Her latest album “No U-Turn” is a well produced, well balanced mix of blues and blues rock and is a great follow up to her 2016 album “Skin and Bone”. It shows her ever evolving talent and Shangrla looks forward to seeing and hearing a lot more of this highly talented female blues artist.
